At Spring Hill Recovery Center, we offer a whole-patient approach by developing a treatment plan around your mental and behavioral health needs.
We provide residential treatment, day treatment (partial hospitalization), and an assortment of evidence-based therapies that best serve your personalized treatment plan.
Our campus is open and spread out across 70 acres of woodland, and we maintain eight charming buildings that can house 34 patients living and working together toward a better future.
Our residential program is accredited by The Joint Commission for our standard of care, as well as ASAM certified by CARF. We’re also members of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers
WHAT TO EXPECT
At Spring Hill Recovery Center
We start with an initial assessment to figure out how we can support your personal recovery efforts.
If you have a strong dependence on alcohol or drugs, we partner with local detox centers to help you manage withdrawal and prepare for treatment on our campus.
Our residential program involves a full continuum of clinical care combined with holistic and recreational activities that include:
- Individual and group therapy
- Behavioral therapies like CBT and DBT
- Mindfulness practices like yoga and meditation
- Outdoor-based therapy
- Expressive therapies
Based on your assessment, we may also suggest you receive gender-specific treatment, integrated care for co-occurring mental health disorders, or trauma-informed therapy.
